VILLALFARO

San Vito Lo Capo is a lovely seaside resort placed in the northwestern part of Sicily. It is known for its beautiful and extensive beach. In the village there are small and characteristic shops and restaurants, and also monuments such as the Sanctuary of San Vito (XV century) and the small Chapel of Santa Crescenzia. Nearby there are archaeological parks, cities of art and other seaside resorts.

Villalfaro is situated in a marvellous position 200 metres far from the lighthouse and only 30 metres from the sea, the house is located in a luxuriant garden of Mediterranean plants with a big palm tree in the middle.

CASA PAN

Casa PAN is a delightful apartment of about 90 square meters recently renovated, located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a building also recently renovated. The parquet flooring and wooden beams on the ceiling make it particularly welcoming and bright at the same time thanks to the windows on the roof.

POLITEAMA STUDIO

Politeama Studio is an apartment of about 140 square meters. located in Palermo, in the city center, about 300 meters far from Piazza Politeama. It is located on the top floor (seventh) of a building with a lift. It has been recently furnished in a careful and accurate way and it is intended for medium-long term rentals (minimum THREE MONTHS), for students or workers.

Capital of Sicily, Palermo is a city rich in historical and artistic heritage, museums, historical markets, beaches and entertainment. The Cathedral, the Massimo theatre, the Norman Palace with the Palatine Chapel, the markets of Ballarò and Vucciria, the beach of Mondello.

This was our best holiday ever

Villalfaro – This was our best holiday ever. Youth (teenagers) was ecstatic atmosphere of San Vito and adults would not have wanted to leave the beautiful villa after two weeks! The villa and the environment were perfect for eight persons holiday. The warm, turquoise blue sea flattered the skin and the senses. I recommend the villa for anyone who wants to forget everyday life.

Villafaro – The villa is located in the best location in San Vito – you have a beautiful view of the harbor, mountains and the whole bay. Thanks to the trees on the terrace, there is shade all day. The home has everything you might need, even a sewing kit, or we appreciated more then sufficient amount of cups, cutlery and so on. There is enough space for everything. The owners are helpful and nice. Thanks again, it made up our holiday.

Casa PAN – Excellent location. Very beautiful flat, clean and with many useful optionals. Spectacular view of the Cathedral. Host much more polite than usual. Absolutely recommended.
