Situated in a marvellous position 200 metres far from the lighthouse and only 30 metres from the sea, the house is located in a luxuriant garden of Mediterranean plants with a big palm tree in the middle.

From the big terrace with colonnade (the very house’s heart), you can have a breathtaking view of the gulf as a perfect scenery for relax.

The house, fresh and breezy, is located 900 metres far from the main road and from the big beach.

The harbour (beach, boat rental, sailing school, diving center, organized tours) is 150 m. far. The position is excellent to let you leave your car and to move by feet or by bicycle (most of the village is pedestrian area). Nearby (50 m.), it is possible to swim from the rocks or going to Il Faro Sea Club and use the wooden platform (with the possibility of renting sun loungers / umbrellas and direct access to the sea). The bus stop to the beach is far about 300 m.; the service is available from June to September and it is free.

Number of sleeps: 9 in total, 7 in the main building and 2 in the dependance.

The garden is equipped with outdoor shower, barbecue, deckchairs, beach umbrellas and parking for two/three cars.

Equipment for children. On request, are available free of charge: safety rail for bunk bed, camping cot, table seat, child bicycle seat (up to 12 kg.), beach games.
